According to different application areas, LED display screens can be divided into multiple installation methods, including: fixed installation, rental hoisting, and stadium fence installation. LED display screens are divided into various installation methods according to the different user environments, including: wall-mounted, cantilever, mosaic, column, standing, roof, mobile, stadium fence, rental hoisting, and arc Various installation methods

Wall-mounted installation
1) This installation method is usually used indoors or semi-outdoors
2) The display area of the screen is small, and there is generally no maintenance access space. The entire screen can be removed for maintenance, or folded One-piece frame
3) The screen area is slightly larger, and generally adopts the front maintenance design (that is the front maintenance design, usually using column assembly methods)

Column installation method
There are many ways to install the column, generally used for outdoor advertising, as follows:
1) Single column installation method: suitable for small screen applications
2) Double column installation method: suitable for large screen applications
3) Closed maintenance channel: suitable for simple cabinets
4) Open maintenance channel

Cantilever installation method
1) This method is mostly used indoors and semi-outdoors,
2) Generally used at the entrances of passages and corridors, but also at the entrances of stations, railway stations, subways, etc.
3) It can be used for traffic guidance on highways, railways and expressways
4) Screen body design generally adopts integrated cabinet design or hoisting structure design

Hanging installation
This installation method is similar to the cantilever installation method, and the application is the same. The screen adopts an integrated cabinet design scheme, which is suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor led screens.

Inlaid installation method
1) The entire display screen is embedded in the wall, and the display plane is on the same horizontal plane as the wall
2) Adopt simple box design
3) General use of front maintenance (front maintenance design)
4) This installation method can be used indoors and outdoors, but it is generally used for screens with a small dot pitch and small display area
5) Generally used for building entrances, building halls, etc.

Standing installation
1) Generally adopts integrated cabinet design, but also has split combination design
2) Suitable for indoor small dot pitch screens
3) Generally small display area
4) Main typical application LED TV design

Roof installation
1) Wind resistance is the key to this installation method
2) Generally installed with an inclined angle, or the module adopts an inclined 8° design
3) Mostly used for outdoor advertising display

Football field fence installation method
Used for advertising display in a circle around the football field
The viewing angle of the screen can be adjusted with the tilt adjustment of the support frame
Adopt soft silicone mask design, and adopt soft arc top design to avoid sports collision injury

Lease hoisting method
The size of the screen is determined by the normal screen.
The lifting screen should not be made larger. The general requirement is below 6M*10M. The exception of the curtain style.
The top is equipped with a hanging beam and the bottom is equipped with a bottom beam. The hanging beam is used for lifting the screen.
The row and row boxes are connected by a hoisting mechanism, and locks are installed between the horizontal boxes to tighten.
The lifting mechanism is divided into gear type, cone rod type and bolt type.
Gear type is more expensive and beautiful,
Cone rod type is affordable and reliable.
Bolt type is the cheapest, reliable, cumbersome to assemble, suitable for not repeated disassembly and assembly

Arc installation method
Customer general requirements :
Picture length x width (height): LxW
Picture length W: refers to the height of the picture.
Picture length L: the length of the picture.
The length of the screen can be preliminarily determined according to the circumference of a circle or arc. Divide by the module length to determine the number of modules.
For the circular screen, try to divide it into 92 modules; try to determine the number of modules in a row by integer multiples of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (convenient to divide the cabinet and easy to produce). The draft angle of a module is generally 2 degrees, and a module is only 4 degrees. That is, 92 modules are generally required to form a perfect circular screen. It should not be less than 60 modules.
After determining the number of modules in a row, the length of the screen can be obtained.
Screen length L = number of modules * module length
Screen area A=L*W
For non-circular screens (curved screens), you only need to divide them down as needed, just like cutting a cake.
The mounting frame needs to be customized according to the size of the round screen (curved screen).

Mobile truss installation method
1) The screen body can be moved in real time according to actual needs
2) The screen body is moved according to the display screen and the scene situation.
3) Adopt truss guide rail design
4) Generally used in stage background screens, mostly used in TV stations, performances
